I was just trying to order a few pens, but the checkout kept loading really slowly and my payment didn’t go through the first time. I ended up having to type in all my details again, which was annoying. When issues like that happen, hearing it’s just because of some “policy” or system rule makes it even more frustrating. The site technically works, but the whole process didn’t feel smooth at all.

My preorder showed up a bit later than expected, but they kept me updated the whole time. I was checking in on it because my sister had asked about it too, and the communication made the wait a lot less annoying.

It did eventually get fixed, but by the time it happened, it was already too late to be useful. The whole process took way longer than it should have, and I was left wondering what the point even was. What a joke.

I was kind of disappointed. A few of the items just felt cheap, like not really what I was expecting at all. I’m not saying everything was terrible, but when you spend your money, you kind of hope things feel a little better quality than that.

I picked up these pens for my niece and she absolutely loved them. They’re cute, fun, and just a sweet little thing to give a kid. Sometimes it doesn’t take much to make someone’s day, and these did exactly that.

My order showed up quickly, which was nice. The only thing was that one of the pens was the wrong colour... not the end of the world or anything, but yeah, a little annoying. Other than that, everything was fine.

It was good value overall. Everything showed up fine, no issues there. A few of the items were cheaper than what I’ve seen in local shops, so that was a nice plus. Not much else to say really, just... worked out better than I expected

I mainly ordered from Bunbougu for the stickers, they had a good range. I don’t want to sound too impressed, but there were heaps of cute, simple, and journaling-style ones, so it took me longer than expected to pick. Prices seemed fair enough too. A few of the designs I wanted were sold out, which was a bit annoying, but I still found plenty I liked. I’d probably order again.

The stationery looked just like the product photos, the colours were lovely, and the packaging was neat too. Shipping took a little while, but it wasn’t anything too bad. Based on this order, I’d definitely buy from them again...

I came across heaps of really cute washi tapes on Bunbougu, and the colours and patterns were lovely. I spent a good little while going back and forth between a few designs because even the tiny details were nice. The only thing is I wish a few more options had been in stock.

Everything arrived looking genuine and exactly like what I expected, and the packaging was done properly too, so nothing felt cheap, questionable, or like some odd knockoff version. The shipping was fine. I would not say it was especially fast, but it also was not painfully slow or anything like that. Just kind of normal. The prices seemed reasonable as well, especially considering Japanese stationery can be a bit harder to get in Australia without paying too much. The only slightly disappointing thing was that a few things I originally wanted were out of stock, so I had to adjust what I bought. That was a bit annoying, but not enough to put me off. In the end, I was happy with the order and I would definitely consider buying from them again

I had a decent experience using bunbougu.com.au. The menus were easy to follow, and I found the pens I was after without having to dig around too much. Checkout was straightforward as well, which I always appreciate. A few pages were a bit slow to load on my phone, so that got slightly annoying. I also didn’t really need to contact customer service, which is fine by me because I never fully trust how helpful they’ll be anyway. Overall though, it was a nice, easy site to shop from...

I also asked a quick question and got a fast, straight-to-the-point reply, which I really appreciated. Made the whole thing feel easy and stress-free.

Support actually got back to me fast and sorted out my question without making it a whole ordeal. Nice to see, since plenty of places seem to act like replying is optional. Cheers.

I found a few nice planners on bunbougu.com.au, and the site was easy to browse. Maybe it’s just me, but the selection felt a little limited for what I was looking for, and a couple of the styles I liked were out of stock. Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience, just not something that really wowed me.

I’m a bit particular about orders being tracked properly and arriving in good condition, and this one met my usual standard. The tracking updated at each stage, so I could see when it was packed, shipped, and getting close. It arrived when expected with no delays or follow-up needed. Everything was packed nicely and looked great when I opened it. I’m really happy with the order and would definitely buy from them again.

Really glad this is stocked in Australia now. My sister had been telling me to try it for ages, so it’s nice not having to worry about ordering from overseas.

It’s not the cheapest place around, but the prices feel fair for most stationery items. I didn’t feel like I was overpaying, and the selection was decent too.

I really like the selection they have, but so many of the things I wanted were out of stock. I checked back a few times thinking they might come back, but still nothing?? It’s a bit frustrating when you’re trying to order a few items together.
